We have had some great Snap and Share uploads this week. Have a great half-term - we look forward to seeing your adventures on Learning Pi.

On Thursday 16th October a group of our Year 6 children ran in the next round of the Suffolk School's Cross Country event. Here's what they had to say about it: Because we all finished in the top 15 of the races back in March, we got to run in the next round of the Suffolk School's Cross Country event. This took place at The Royal Hospital School and our races had mix of year six and seven children. There were only thirty year sixes but with all the year sevens there could've been over 300 children in each race. When we arrived, we signed in and then got ready for our races by warming up and making sure we had our laces tied up tightly. The girls race started first at 1:00pm and was 2200m long. The boys race followed, at 1:15pm, and was 3040m long. Our legs hurt lots after however we really enjoyed it and are very proud of ourselves for showing great sportsmanship and resilience. We are all incredibly proud of our cross country runners: Josh (16th), Layla-Rose (35th), Ellie (68th) and Elodie (74th). While they all did amazingly well, we look forward to seeing how Josh and Layla-Rose get on in the next round in January. It was also lovely to see some ex Rendlesham Primary School pupils also taking part and achieving amazing results too!

On Thursday 9th October, a group of year 5/6 girls went to an under 11s football tournament at Whitton Sports Centre. Here's what they had to say about the event: Because of our amazing teamwork, we won five of the games we played and drew the other one 0-0. We scored 9 goals throughout and did not concede a single goal all tournament. We had great fun it was one of our favourite tournaments yet. Mr Fisher
